The Celcold-CCB72R 74" Refrigerated Chef Base provides 11.2 Cu.Ft. of efficient refrigerated storage, perfect for commercial kitchens. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel top insulated with a ceramic fabric layer over foam to prevent heat transfer to the interior cabinet. The top also includes a standard marine edge on all sides with a 1” (2” overall) extension, allowing cooking equipment to sit flat. The exterior cabinet is constructed from full stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. Full extension drawers make loading and unloading pans easy without tipping, supported by a heavy-duty Fulterer telescoping cartridge drawer system. Both the top and bottom drawers hold 6” deep pans and include stainless steel hooked adapter bars and removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning.

The unit is pressurized with environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas and includes an electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display for precise temperature control. The front-accessible condensing unit ensures easy maintenance, while heavy-duty reinforced mounting points provide additional stability. Tested to meet NSF Standard 7 requirements for food storage, the Celcold-CCB72R also comes with a two-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty.
