The half-size 4.75-gallon food box is made of virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate. It has smooth surfaces that are easy to clean and a textured bottom to reduce scratching, plus it cuts down on the risk of cross-contamination by keeping products out of cardboard boxes. This food box also withstands temperatures from -40°F to 210°F. The camwear food storage container is stackable, dishwasher safe and NSF Certified. It conforms to HACCP Guidelines.
