The Bunn 39900.6005 is a compact, low-profile commercial brewer from the SmartWAVE® series, engineered for efficient brewing directly into airpots or thermal servers (sold separately). It features Bunn’s SmartWAVE® technology, which increases turbulence in the brew funnel for more uniform extraction and improved flavour consistency.

A digital four-digit LED interface provides clear status updates, including Ready, Heating, and Brewing, and enables easy programming. The built-in BrewMETER® lets operators customise pulse-brew routines, allowing greater control over flavour profiles. To reduce operating costs, an energy-saver mode lowers tank temperature during idle periods.

For brew quality protection, the Cold Brew Lock-Out feature prevents brewing when the incoming water is too cold. Safety is supported by the SplashGard® funnel, designed to deflect hot liquids away from the user’s hand.

Adjustable legs enable the unit to accommodate a range of Bunn airpots and thermal servers, with capacities of up to 3.0 L (lever-action) or 2.5 L (push-button). A slide-out booster tray also enables use with 1.9 L thermal carafes when required, offering added flexibility for various service setups.
