The BUNN 38700.6023, part of the Axiom commercial brewer line, is an automatic 12-cup decanter brewer equipped with three warmers—two on top and one on the bottom—to support continuous coffee service. Designed for flexibility, it features dual-voltage capability, operating on either 120 V / 15 A or 120/208–240V / 20A to suit different commercial electrical setups. 

Its Digital Brewer Control (DBC) system provides precise brewing with programmable pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature regulation. The brewer includes diagnostic features and a tank drain for easier maintenance, along with a built-in hot water faucet for added convenience. BrewLOGIC® technology monitors flow rate in high-mineral environments to maintain consistent pot levels, while automatic water pressure adjustment enhances reliability. 

For quality and safety, it offers energy-saver mode, cold brew lock-out, and a SplashGard® funnel to deflect hot liquids. A large 200 oz (5.9 L) tank supports back-to-back brewing, making the Bunn AXIOMP-DV-3T a dependable solution for busy commercial settings.
