The BUNN 38700.6009 is a commercial automatic coffee brewer from Bunn’s Axiom lineup. Designed for versatility, it features dual-voltage capability, operating on either 120 V / 15 A or 120 / 208–240 V / 20 A to accommodate different commercial electrical setups.

The brewer includes three lower warmers to keep multiple decanters hot and a built-in hot water faucet for tea or other hot-water needs. It uses Digital Brewer Control (DBC) for precise, programmable extraction, including pre-infusion, pulse brew, and temperature control, while BrewLOGIC® technology compensates for high-lime (hard) water by adjusting brew time based on flow rate. Service ability is enhanced with electronic diagnostics and a built-in tank drain.

Additional features include energy-saver mode to reduce tank temperature during idle periods, cold-brew lock-out to maintain brew quality, and a SplashGard® funnel that deflects hot liquids away from the operator.
