The Blodgett 1060 single deck natural gas pizza oven is sure to increase the efficiency and production of delicious pizzas in your restaurant. The Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite stone deck is designed to produce even heat transfer and moisture absorption to cook crispier crusts for the pizzas you serve. At 85,000 BTU, this pizza oven can cook 6 16" pizzas or 8 14" pizzas to keep up with the demand of your booming kitchen. Control exactly how hot your pizzas need to be to achieve the most intense flavors with the snap throttle thermostat that can adjust between 300°F/150°C and 650°F/340°C. The stainless steel construction of the pizza oven's body and aluminized steel interior are guaranteed to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of this appliance. Designed to be stackable for optimal production capacity, the Blodgett 1060 pizza oven will boost your kitchen's productivity while minimizing operator fatigue/injuries with its counterbalanced doors with spring assist.
