The Biro Manual Feed Meat Grinder is designed for high-volume meat processing environments, offering outstanding performance and durability. Equipped with either a 5 HP or 7.5 HP motor, this unit efficiently processes between 1,500 and 6,000 lbs. of product per hour, making it ideal for butcher shops, grocery stores, and foodservice operations.
Built with a stainless steel case, tray, and guard, along with a tinned bowl, ring, and worm, this grinder is easy to clean and maintain. It features a left-hand feed pan measuring 52" long by 29" wide and 9" deep, which is removable for convenience.
Its heavy-duty roller chain transmission ensures reliable power delivery, while the magnetic switch offers thermal overload and undervoltage protection for safe operation. Compatible with size 48 or 52 flared bowls, it can use size 32 or 52 knives and plates depending on your needs.
Standard equipment includes aluminum legs, spurt guard, meat stomper, ring wrench, and a bowl guard integrated into the feed pan. An operating and safety manual is also provided.
Options include various motor configurations, extended legs in aluminum or steel with cross bracing, right-hand operation setup, mixer grinder system connections, and solid stomper.
