Berkel MB 3/8" Countertop Bread Slicer

Bakeries and specialty sandwich chains are just a few of the experienced operations that rely on Berkel bread slicers. They offer maximum cutting efficiency and high capacity for slicing soft and hard-crusted loaves with consistency and precision. Units are capable of handling a variety of loaf sizes and are available in several pre-set slice thicknesses. The unit features a convenient front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and easy access, removable scrap pan. The independently mounted blades are a special heat-treated, alloy carbon steel and are easily replaceable. The MB features a Sky White, polyester powder coat finish and all product contact areas are stainless steel for easy cleaning.

• If bread loaves are placed and cut in the upright position, the MB slicer will handle loaves up to 15 1⁄2" (394 mm) in length, 8" (203 mm) in width, and 6" (152 mm) in height
• Special heat-treated, alloy carbon steel blades are independently mounted and can be easily replaced
• The finish is Sky White, polyester powder coat and all product contact areas are stainless steel
