The Atosa ATFS-75-LP 21" Floor Gas Fryer is built for high-volume commercial kitchens, delivering exceptional performance with its 75 lb. oil capacity, 5 heavy-duty burners, and up to 170,000 BTU output. Featuring a durable stainless steel exterior and welded tank, this fryer is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and designed for long-lasting use.

Equipped with a Robert Shaw thermostat and gas valve, it provides precise temperature control between 200°F - 400°F and reliable flame stabilization. Safety is enhanced with a self-reset high-temperature limiting device and an automatic safety valve. The oil cooling zone at the bottom of the tank extends oil life by capturing food particles.

The included two nickel-plated fryer baskets, with cool-to-touch handles, a crumb screen, and a basket hanger, make frying efficient and safe. For mobility and convenience, it comes with four heavy-duty casters (two with brakes), plus a 3/4’’ NPT rear gas connection with regulator.

Available in both Natural Gas and Propane, the ATFS-75 is the perfect fryer for restaurants, cafeterias, and busy foodservice operations.
