The Zanduco refrigerated salad bar is a great addition to your buffet and self-service area. This unit comes with a kit comprising sneeze guard, tray slide, 2 pan covers and 12 1/3 GN pans. The unit is extremely spacious and can hold upto 12 1/3 GN pans or 24 1/6 GN pans of 6" depth. There are 4 full size pan slots that can be adjusted to accommodate various combinations of pan sizes.
The unit has been designed for commercial use and has an extremely robust build. The exterior is made of 430 stainless steel and the interior is made of 201 stainless steel. It has cyclopentane insulation that helps maintain the unit at a proper temperature. It has R290 as a refrigerant which is an environment-friendly coolant and is powered by a 540 W compressor which helps maintain temperature in the range of -0.6 to 0.6 °C.
