On the top of the unit are sliding glass doors that allow for ease of use and viewing. The thermostat adjusts between -15 to 43 degrees Fahrenheit. In order to prevent theft, this unit comes with a built-in lock feature. This unit uses an R290 refrigerant. For ease in mobility, this ice cream dipping freezer comes with four casters.
