This heavy-duty cheese grater allows for easy grating of hard cheese and breads. The GFHP4 comes with a long lasting stainless steel roller, and is equipped with a micro switch. The GFHP4 comes with a transparent Plexiglas cheese receiving tray for a better view of the processed cheese. The aluminum head and stainless steel drum are easily removed without tools that allows for easy cleaning. The GFHP4 has a self-cooled motor for high performance and continuous use. Made in Italy.
