This sausage stuffer has a large capacity of 426 pounds making it perfect for high volume operations like delis and butcher shops. The sausage stuffer is constructed with a large stainless steel barrel. It features a high pressure hydraulic group with a 0.75 hp motor that can be turned on or off automatically with a switch or convenient knee lever. The heavy-duty motor works to quickly and easily push the sausage meat through the spout and into the casing. The unit comes with three transparent nozzles (14, 20 and 30 mm).
The machine is also equipped with wheels making it easy to move aside when not in use or while cleaning.
