Jet® mode: Choose between the classic Pacotize® mode, taking 4 minutes, or the Jet® mode, completing the process in just 90 seconds. The Jet® mode is perfect for quickly preparing recipes with high sugar and fat content, like delectable ice creams, maximizing your productivity. Enjoy the convenience of an expanded automatic repeat mode.

Pacotize® on repeat up to 10 times: Achieve incredibly light and creamy consistencies while saving valuable time.

Work with overpressure or normal pressure: Opt for overpressure mode to operate the Pacojet at up to 1 bar, resulting in a 20-30% volume expansion. This feature is ideal for creating lusciously smooth mousses and intensifying flavors.
